Deck the Halls

Hey Guys,
So on Tuesday I found out today I was finishing early, so decided to take my mum out for some lunch, we headed to a little cafe in our local farm shop Hill Hall Farm. Its absolutely amazing and seems to be where my mum and I head when we fancy going out for lunch, it is that good. Anyway I had a couple hours spare before heading to work so I relaxed at home for a bit and watch the Gavin & Stacey Christmas Special. So I thought, why not take some pics of our home christmas decorations!!

This is the mantlepiece in our living room, love our stockings! The garland is so cute swell!

This wreath, my mum actually made herself, I love it, so authentic and christmassy.

This is our family christmas tree, I love getting it down from the loft each year, it smells like christmases from my childhood! This is also my favourite ornament, its adorable!

Do you have a favourite christmas decoration of your own?

Love

Grease! Is The Word

Hey Guys!
So rehearsals are well under way for Gala Theatre Stage Schools summer production of Grease! and I am loving it, I've done shows with them in the past such as Les Miserables, West Side Story and Miss Saigon and the standard really is amazing.
Yesterday we were at our local shopping complex Dalton Park doing some promo for the show and it was so much fun/hilarious. Every year for our summer productions our Musical Directors arrange a medley/megamix of the current show (in this case Grease!) and we perform it around Durham.

 Our massive Grease posters!

Snaps with some of the cast. Luke (the dark haired guy) is playing Danny and Jess is playing my onstage girlfriend Jan! Honestly it has been such a laugh.

Here is a snap of my T-Bird jacket which I absolutely love, we got given them the other day at rehearsals to try on for one of our show runs, and they just worked so well, everyone was so excited as everything is finally clicking into place for open night on Wednesday!
If you live locally or would really like to come and see the show you can get tickets from the online box office at www.galadurham.co.uk!!

How is everyones weekend?
